Our Approach
Redeemed Counselling and Psychotherapy Services utilizes various evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in conjunction with Christian Counselling to support our clients.
Counselling
Counselling is a brief treatment technique used to address specific problems or situations a client may be facing and offer guidance to navigate it. Therapists in this setting act as an advisor giving clients counsel on how to address problematic behaviours that have come up and difficult situation. Counselling is an accepted method of treatment for addressing various issues such as depression symptoms, improper stress management skills, and managing certain life transitions.

Psychotherapy

This type of treatment is long-term and may sometimes last from months-years as it involves a deeper look into a client's life in order to see the source of their issues. Psychotherapy is highly specialized and is ideal in addressing and managing various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and so forth.
